Isn't it great that I am posting so many do it yourself ideas - as it is the reason I created this blog?
Well shame on me, but here is one. I know that it is quite out of season, but since I'll be living in Indonesia soon, I am busy with clearing out my wardrobe. Giving things away or make them more suitable for the weather over there. So I cropped the sleeves, cropped the bottom half in stripes and made two rows of knots. Tada.
I hope you can imagine how it looks worn. Honestly, I did not expect it to turn out so great, but it does look good. I can't wait to actually wear it in a couple of week's ♥
My friend Claudy and I felt the urgent need to make some pictures. After we had to study business economics and stuff like that all week long we really needed to do something creative.
Well, the light was not good at all, and it was to cold to go outside. Or in other words:We were lazy. So we took my living rooms decoration from the wall, dressed up all vintage inspired, and pretended to make pictures. We also pretended to take a look at the display of the Polaroid camera to see our imaginary pictures :D
My dress is vintage btw, bought it at the fleamarket and shortened it. Shortened it a bit too much actually, but I still like it a lot :)
Time flies when you are abroad, and stands still when you come home...
As you might noticed it was quiet here the last days. I had a blast of a time going to university in Slovenia and meeting lots of amazing people from different countries. Here you could see some impressions of my "holiday". The first
picture shows the tiniest plane I have ever flown with. That thing had
airscrews! Definitely a funny experience :D
Have you ever been to Slovenia as well? For me it isn't the tipical
holiday country, which was by the way the reason why I went there. Haha.
What can I say, I really liked it! Especially because of all the
Made those shorts from an old pair of Jeans. And you know what? The pink color is glowing in the dark!
Yes, it is glowing! Coolest thing ever, isn't it? The sad thing is... I do not have a proof. Not that I did not tried, but I really can not make a good picture. Seems like you just have to believe me :D
To be honest, I wasn’t sure
whether this project deserves an extra post. It was so easy to make. Nevertheless,
the pictures turned out quite nice so I thought I will show them to you :)
This is my "new"
vintage purse from the flea market. The strap was damaged and that’s why I easily
repaired it with a ribbon from an old H&M dress. Took my around five
minutes. What do you think? It looks nice - doesn't it?
Ohh and if you have some time. Listen to this great concert! I saw them live a few weeks ago and it was amazing!
